Add lpsol USE for automagic dependency on sci-mathematics/glpk discovered in
bug #346173 by mehrunes. Push GMP patch to mirrors, bug #331051 by jer. Remove old. (Portage version: 2.2.0_alpha4/cvs/Linux x86_64)
