+gst-plugins-soundtouch-0.10.22.ebuild, +metadata.xml:
Add the soundtouch plugin from gst-plugins-bad for BPM (beats-per-minute)
detection and pitch controller element. The bpmdetect element is particularly
needed by media-sound/banshee for its automatic beats-per-minute detection
